Share of Cooperatives in National Economy

The Ministry of Cooperation stated that there is no dedicated database for assessing the cooperative sector's GDP contribution.

The most recent estimates, from the NCUI's 2018 'Statistical Profile', indicate significant shares of cooperatives in agricultural credit, KCC issuance, fertilizer, sugar, and milk sectors. The release also mentions PFMS, a financial management application by the CGA.
