Progress Made Under PMKVY

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship has reported significant progress across its key skill development schemes, including PMKVY, JSS, NAPS, and CTS.

Over 1.64 crore individuals have been trained under PMKVY alone by June 2025, demonstrating ongoing efforts to equip youth with industry-relevant skills. NCVET has been established as a regulator to ensure the quality and industry alignment of vocational training.
