India expressed disappointment with the New Collective Quantified Goal (NCQG) outcome of COP 29 in Baku, stating it inadequately addresses developing countries' needs and violates core climate principles like CBDR-RC.

India highlighted the insufficiency of the USD 300 billion annual target against actual financing requirements and called for adherence to UNFCCC/Paris Agreement principles for the 'Baku to Belém Roadmap'.
