EV CHARGING STATIONS INSTALLED ACROSS THE COUNTRY

The government reported 29,277 public EV charging stations in India.

The Ministry of Power has released comprehensive guidelines in September 2024 and January 2025 for EV charging and battery swapping infrastructure development. The PM E-DRIVE Scheme supports this expansion with an allocation of Rs. 2,000 crore.
