Agreement signed between India and Morocco

India and Morocco have signed an agreement concerning Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties (MLAT) in civil and commercial matters, aimed at fostering judicial and legal cooperation.

Additionally, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was established between their respective Ministries of Law and Justice. This MoU focuses on strengthening institutional ties, exchanging legal knowledge, expertise, and promoting collaborative activities including training programs and technological exchanges in legal and judicial areas.
