The Raksha Mantri laid a wreath at the National Police Memorial in New Delhi on Police Commemoration Day, October 21, 2025.

This day commemorates the 1959 sacrifice of policemen at Hot Springs, Ladakh. He also stated the government's aim to eliminate Naxalism by March 2026.
