India's Raksha Mantri addressed the Chiefs' Conclave of UN Troop Contributing Countries, hosted by India for the first time in New Delhi.

He proposed a '4C formula' for tackling peacekeeping challenges and emphasized the need for comprehensive UN reforms. India's substantial historical contribution to UN peacekeeping missions was also highlighted.
