Ministry of Railways Reports Significant Mid-Campaign Achievements with 29,921 Cleanliness Campaigns Conducted Across Stations, Offices, and Other Railway Premises under Special Campaign 5.0

The Ministry of Railways reported significant mid-campaign achievements under the Government of India's Special Campaign 5.0, which ran from October 2nd to 31st, 2025.

Key outcomes included conducting nearly 30,000 cleanliness drives, generating ₹235 crore from scrap disposal, and freeing up 1.45 lakh square feet of office space. The campaign also focused on administrative reforms, e-waste management, and citizen-centric service delivery through grievance disposal and 'Amrit Samvad' interactions.
