Maritime History Society’s second Monsoon Musings Lecture is titled “The Maritime Legacy of Kunjali Marakkars: Defenders of Malabar Coast”

The Ministry of Defence's Maritime History Society is conducting its annual Monsoon Musings Lecture series.

The second lecture focuses on 'The Maritime Legacy of Kunjali Marakkars: Defenders of Malabar Coast.' Kunjali Marakkars were traditional naval commanders of the Zamorins of Calicut, renowned for their naval resistance and innovative tactics against the Portuguese.
