PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana (PM-VBRY) to Launch on 1st August 2025

The PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana (PM-VBRY), also called the Employment Linked Incentive (ELI) Scheme, is set to launch on August 1, 2025, under the Ministry of Labour & Employment.

It aims to create over 3.5 crore jobs by July 2027, including 1.92 crore for first-time workers. The scheme provides dual benefits: EPF wage support for new employees and financial incentives of up to Rs. 3,000 per month for employers, with enhanced benefits for the manufacturing sector, promoting formal employment and financial literacy.
