Nation gets 109 Indian Forest Service officers, 22 among them are women officers

The annual convocation of the 2023 batch of Indian Forest Service (IFS) probationers took place at the Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy (IGNFA) in Dehradun.

Justice V. Ramasubramanian, NHRC Chairperson, presided as Chief Guest. This batch, the largest of the 21st century, included 109 IFS officers, two foreign trainees, and 22 women officers, and marks the first cohort to graduate under a revised course pattern.
