FARMERS BENEFITTED UNDER PRIME MINISTER DHAN-DHAANYA KRISHI YOJANA (PMDDKY)

The Union Cabinet approved the Prime Minister Dhan-Dhaanya Krishi Yojana (PMDDKY) on July 16, 2025, for a six-year period starting 2025-26.

The scheme aims to boost agricultural productivity, promote crop diversification, and enhance post-harvest storage and irrigation. It will be implemented through convergence of 36 existing central schemes, state schemes, and private sector partnerships.
