TARGETS ACHIEVED UNDER NAMAMI GANGE MISSION

The Ministry of Jal Shakti reported significant progress under the Namami Gange Mission.

Key achievements include improved Dissolved Oxygen levels and 'Good' to 'Moderate' Biological Water Quality in Ganga and Yamuna. As of June 30, 2025, 167 STPs are operational, with ₹19,679.84 crore disbursed for the programme.
