Government Restores RoDTEP Benefits for AA, SEZ, and EOU Exports

The Government has reinstated RoDTEP benefits for Advance Authorization holders, Export-Oriented Units, and Special Economic Zones, effective from June 1, 2025.

This WTO-compliant scheme, operational since 2021, reimburses exporters for unrefunded embedded taxes and levies. An allocation of Rs. 18,233 crore has been made for FY 2025-26 to support diverse export sectors.
