DHARTI AABA JANJATIYA GRAM UTKARSH ABHIYAN (DAJGUA)

The Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DAJGUA) is a new initiative by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, launching on October 2, 2024, and continuing until March 31, 2029.

It aims to benefit nearly 5 crore tribal people across 63,843 villages in 26 States and 4 UTs, by addressing infrastructural gaps and improving access to healthcare, education, and livelihood opportunities. The program involves 25 interventions by 17 line ministries, monitored through PM Gati Shakti and KPIs.
