IMPACT OF FARMER WELFARE SCHEMES ON FINANCIAL STABILITY

The Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare released a statement detailing the impact of farmer welfare schemes.

It highlighted the mechanism and benefits of Minimum Support Price (MSP) for 22 crops, including procurement data for 2024-25. The release also provided key details about the Agriculture Infrastructure Fund (AIF), a Central Sector Scheme launched in 2020 under Atmanirbhar Bharat, outlining its objectives and financial provisions.
