India Post is undergoing a significant technology-driven transformation under the IT 2.0 framework, aiming to become a leading logistics and e-commerce player.

This initiative includes upgrades like real-time tracking and digital payments, with a target to migrate all 165,000 post offices to the new platform by August 4, 2025. Union Minister of State Dr. Pemmasani Chandra Sekhar recently reviewed these reforms.
