WCD MINISTRY GETS AWARD FOR OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTION TO IMPLEMENTATION OF PMJANMAN

The Ministry of Women and Child Development was awarded by the President of India for its excellent work in implementing the Pradhan Mantri Janjati Adivasi Nyaya Maha Abhiyan (PMJANMAN).

This recognition occurred during the 'Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan' conclave organized by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs. Under PMJANMAN, over 2000 Anganwadi Centres have been established in Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Group (PVTG) areas.
