PARLIAMENT QUESTION: Set-up Biotechnology Incubators

The Department of Biotechnology, through BIRAC, has established 94 biotechnology incubation and pre-incubation centres under BioNEST and E-YUVA schemes across 25 States & UTs.

An additional five incubators are supported by DST. Total funds allocated for these bio-incubators from 2012-2025 amount to Rs. 48,942.37 Lakhs.
