Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA) Set to Launch Integrated Portal to Simplify Claims and Strengthen Grievance Redressal

The Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA), under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, is launching an Integrated Portal to streamline investor claim processes and enhance accessibility.

This platform will integrate stakeholders like depositories and PFMS. Additionally, IEPFA is introducing an Integrated Call Center to strengthen its grievance redressal system and reviewing processes to simplify low-value claim settlements.
