The CGST & Central Excise Raigad Commissionerate arrested two individuals for fraudulently availing Input Tax Credit (ITC) of over Rs.

9 crore. The accused created shell firms and issued invoices without actual supply of goods or services. Arrests were made under sections 69(1), 132(1)(b), and 132(1)(c) of the CGST Act, 2017.
