FSSAI in Consultation with Ministry of Ayush Releases Definitive List of Ayurveda Aahara Products under Category A

FSSAI, in collaboration with the Ministry of Ayush, has unveiled a definitive list of 'Ayurveda Aahara' products, building upon the 2022 regulations.

This move aims to bring clarity to Ayurvedic food preparations, assisting businesses and assuring consumers of their authenticity based on classical Ayurvedic texts. A process for future additions by FBOs has also been established.
