TRANSFORMING GUJARAT'S RAILWAY LANDSCAPE: THE AMRIT BHARAT STATION SCHEME
The Amrit Bharat Station Scheme (ABSS) is a key Indian Railways initiative to redevelop over 1,300 stations, transforming them into symbols of city identity with modern, Divyangjan-friendly amenities and integrated local culture.
Currently, 103 redeveloped stations are set for inauguration, highlighting rapid progress, with examples like Karamsad Railway Station in Gujarat.
