Jitendra Singh inaugurated "Sagar Bhavan" and "Polar Bhavan" at the National Centre of Polar and Ocean Research (NCPOR) in Goa. These facilities are India's first-of-their-kind for integrated polar and ocean studies, coinciding with NCPOR's Silver Jubilee. They aim to boost India's role in ocean geopolitics and climate research, also housing the "Science On Sphere (SOS)" initiative and India's first Polar and Ocean Museum.
